Creating a Work at Home Environment that is Productive so You Are Successful

Even if you are a veteran work from home professional, creating and maintaining a productive space is critical for success. For those new to working from home, you may still be trying to figure it out. Regardless of where you are on the continuum, there are two things everyone can agree on: working from home requires discipline and focus.

In this one-hour webinar, Dr. Jinnie Cristerna LCSW, will talk with attendees about how to create (and re-create) their spaces to allow them to focus on the task at hand well as how to train their mind to be disciplined. She will also discuss:
•    How to maintain self-motivation
•    Breaking up your day to keep the energy flowing
•    Intentionally adding or removing certain distractions so you can get more done in less time!

Each attendee will receive handouts, worksheets and articles for personal use so they can get the most out of the webinar.
